1. Data Collection & Storage

Soulsync is designed to be a local-only app. This means:

• No data is collected, transmitted, or stored on external servers.
• Your mood logs, activities, notes, and images remain entirely on your device.

2. How Your Data is Used

Since all data is stored locally, Soulsync does not: ❌ Track your activity

❌ Collect personal data

❌ Send any data over the internet

❌ Share information with third parties

All processing is done on your device. If you uninstall Soulsync, your data will be permanently deleted unless you back it up manually.

3. Permissions

To function properly, Soulsync may request the following optional permissions:

• Storage Access: To save mood logs and user notes.
• Camera/Gallery (optional): If you choose to attach images to your mood entries.

These permissions are used only for app functionality and are not shared externally.

4. Future Updates

If future updates introduce cloud syncing or data export, this policy will be updated to reflect those changes. You will always have control over your data.
